The Key Theatre in Peterborough hosts lots of child-friendly plays. Family-friendly shows often involve audience participation and are shorter than regular plays – so your kids won’t be expected to sit still for 2 hours!

Sacrewell Farm, near Peterborough, is an enjoyable day out for families, with lots of different animals to see and feed, tractor rides and an indoor play area. There are lots of events on throughout the year with a chance to get up close with the animals.
