Anglesey Abbey, near Cambridge, has an amazing woodland area for kids to explore complete with treehouse and den building. A great day out for families with children of all ages.
Burghley through the seasons
Burghley House in Stamford is a great place to visit with children. Kids will enjoy a day out, running around in the acres of parkland, or perhaps having a splash about in the Gardens of Surprise.
New playground at Ferry Meadows
A new playground inspired by nature has opened at Ferry Meadows by the café/visitor’s centre. The Otter Playground is the first of the three playgrounds at Ferry Meadows to be updated over the next three years.
